I put a vote in for Sandberg, Boggs, Dawson, Rice, Murphy, Blyleven, Morris, Gossage, Sutter, and Mattingly.

I love the comments on Sandberg:  he left early, was a boring interview, and never dove.  Damn, those are some sweet reasons to not vote for a guy.  He shoulda been a blatent hermaphrodite whore killer and/or fucker and smoked crack.  Then he'd be a shoe-in.


Guys, I'm afraid that with todays "cream and clear" ways, the 80s brand of baseball will soon be forgoten.  Not even our heros will remain.  They'll rot in baseball purgatory, never to make the hall of fame.
