Don't sell yourself short, Ryno...

You're an incredible slouch.

I just wiped my ass then smelled the toilet paper.  What's wrong with me?

Stock vs. PoopyButts- Week 6 results

Game 1 - Stock 8, Poopybutts 7
Poopybutts start out strong but Stock comes back hard in the middle innings.  Gantry threw the ball to first base on a grounder to first and two on, resulting in 3 crucial runs.  Bottom of the 9th, game tied Stock accidentially strikes out schmidt with a curve pitch.  Gives Gantry two down the middle ABs - after a single by Lindeman Gantry somehow strikes out with Buckner down the middle.  In the 10th Stock gets his run and Gantry comes up emptpy.  Great game!  Because of tremendous lag we switch servers...

Homeruns:
Stock:  Evans (3), Laudner
PB: Strawberry (2), Canseco, Nokes, HoJo

Game 2 - Stock 6, PoopyButts 5
Poopybutts storm out of the first with 5 runs off a couple dingers.  Then Nails starts to push the envelope with a weakness he noticed in the first game - slowballs.  I cannot hit fucking slowballs to save my life.  Stock goes about 75% slowballs from inning two on and Gantry promptly gets shut out.  Darrell Evans gets 3 dingers as Stock gains control.

Homeruns:
Stock:  Evans (3), Armas, Hernandez
PB: Canseco, Lindeman

Game 3 - PoopyButts 6, Stock 4
Stock goes back to the slowballs when in a jam and Gantry only fares slightly better.  Most runs coming off of normal pitches, but it was enough to get the job done.  Stock gets his first dinger of the year from Gene "Dee-Nee" Larkin.

Homeruns:
Stock: Armas, Larkin, Hernandez, Laudner
PB: Canseco (2), Strawberry, Youngblood, Nokes

Great series!  Stock is one tough customer and pretty much shores up a playoff spot.  He played very well in tight situations, always getting the tough out or hit when he needed to.  I on the other hand suck in when the money is on the line, mostly because people can outpitch me when the chips are down.  I need to take a slowball hitting class before next season.

Thanks to Nails for the formatting...
