SUPER SPEED RBI!!!!!

I just had to make a thread about this new 'invention'.  Thanks to the new ROM available (with use of the Sega Dreamcast (thanks to Gantry)), you can play RBI in a whole new light.  SUPER SPEED RBI!!!!!!!!!  I would say that the game is 10 times faster.  It is the most fun I've had playing RBI in a long time.  Long gone are the 'easy' outs.  Pop-out to the center fielder....NO...TRIPLE!  In this game there is no such thing as an easy out.  We (Gantry, Potsie, Lips and I) have been using Clyon's 2K3 ROM over Marquis ROM, because of the added power.  This is so much fun, if you don't have a dreamcast I would go on EBay and buy one dirt cheap.  It is well worth it.  The RBI tourney will most likely be next Saturday.  Since playing SUPER SPEED RBI really messes with your ability to time anything, in regular RBI...I think we'll stop playing it for a couple of days.  My hunch is that AFTER the tourney, the days of SLOW RBI will behind us and the new age of SUPER SPEED RBI are a warm welcome!!!!!  Fuck it!  Guys I'm coming over on Monday and Wednesday to play SUPER SPEED RBI!!!!!!!

I concur, super speed makes RBI a whole new game.  Though if you play curves, it might be a little too fast for your tastes.  Longtime straight-pitch players will love it, I assure you...

And super-speed works for pretty much any Nintendo game.  Nick and I were having a great time with super-speed Ring King as well.  Dreamcast Emulation rules!
