Ken Dayley

I am afraid to use Dayley in a game. He allows more home runs than any other pitcher.

I like Dayley when playing against the CPU.  I like left handers with decent curveballs.  In our straight-pitch league, he's been extremely ineffective.  We're not tracking ERA, but i'd guess he'd be up in the 10-15 range.  He's got a mediocre fastball at best and his slowball never seems to drop when I need it to.  He's cost me too many games, but unfortunately, there aren't any alternative free agents.

I'm curious of what curve players think about Dayley...

He doesn't get much action in straight pitch for us, two lefties is too much for our style of play...

Tudor definitely has a little more break on his straight pitch, if that makes any sense.  Dayley is easier for lefties to his in straight pitch...

Dayley is probalby worse in curve style than any other... He has virtually no curve at all.  I try to make sure Tudor can go at least 8, and then bring in Worrell, who also doesn't have much curve, though he is at least serviceable.

I don't think Dayley is all that bad for curve...he's no King, that is for sure.

all i can tell you guys is that i had dayley and king on my world champion RBI fantasy team.  but i can't tell you how many leads they blew for me.
