New injury off of ESPN.com:

March, 1996: Twins pitcher Rick Aguilera strains his shoulder -- by carrying his wife's suitcase after her arrival at spring training.

don't forget that jeff kent broke his wrist while washing his pickup... now that is a  hall of shame injury

Both quality injuries, but the shame page is reserved for RBI'ers....

I've said it a hundred times, but Kevin Mitchell hurting himself eating a cupcake is the world's greatest injury....

Cal Ripken should be an honorary member of the odd-injury list because he NEVER had an injury to speak of, which has to be just as incredible as KM's cupcake injury.

He could also almost make the Hall of Shame for his  relation to Billy Ripken and his infamous FF baseball card back in '89, which has to go down as one of the greatest all-time clubhouse pranks, not to mention a pretty big miss on the part of Fleer.

That brings up a good point...  Though we can't directly link Cal to the Fuck Face card (88 Fleer IIRC), we can give Cal the nickname FuckFace.  Kind of like Reverse Negative is Dale Murphy's nickname.  I like it!

I always wondered about that card, was Billy a reputed clubhouse cancer?  Like did he go around saying "I'm Billy Ripken, give me 550 at-bats or I'll cry to my dad?"  Or was the fuckface crack like the pie-in-the-face bit teammates pull on rookie interviews?
