Is doing that considered dirtass or not? What is the ruling?

I don't know why he thinks it's unfair.  He is the one initiating the throw, looking for a free base.  You can't do the "cheap" throw unless he uses a fast runner to "cheaply" get to second.  Completely legit in my book, he can't beat the throw then don't steal...

In my opinion ANYTHING allowed by the powers of the game is legit.  This includes ignoring the IF fly rule, playing players at wrong positions, etc....

Is it official everybody be a bitch week?  I swear everyone that I talk to gets bitchy real quick lately.  So whoever it was whining about the way you throw to second, NO throwing A and DOWN to second isnt illegal, and If you dont want a triple play then dont pop it up in the infield, I think its a gay rule in real baseball.  Sorry but im venting.   If the game allows it do it.  damnit.

3.  Not being allowed to retreat once runner is on the next base.
4.  Thru-the-wall homers
5.  Balls hooking around the fair poll called foul
6.  Check swings are called strikes
7.  All players must move in unicon
8.  No DH on AL teams
9.  Brett batting right handed
10.  Bowling balls to throw out base runners
11.  10-run rules
12.  More than one base on balls throw out of play.
13.  Balls fielded in foul territory ruled fair
14.  Only 4 pitchers allowed for each team
15.  Fielders can only run 1 direction each time they pick up the ball.
16.  Various glitches (ie.. runners called out during home runs).

This is RBI.  This is not real baseball and definitely not MLB.
IF fly rule does not exhist.  Until the little men in black call the batter out, there is always the chance I may take advantage of it.
