What should we call it?  I'm picturing a Ruby Tuesday's type atmosphere with pictures of RBI players on the wall, actual bats they used during games, etc.   Waitresses are young hotties wearing tight baseball uniforms, all with jerseys of RBI players.   They wear baseball caps with the classic ponytail through the back of the hat.

Here's the initial menu (prices not yet determined):

Appetizers:
Chili Davis   (the San Francisco treat.   Mixed with spices)
Tom Herr's Potato chips  (with spinach artichoke dip)

Main courses:

Kevin Bass  (from the lakes of Houston, this is rich in protein and is served fried or baked)
Dave "Spaghetti" Righetti (delicious dish served with marinara sauce or meat balls)
George's stuffed Bell peppers

Sides:
Randy Bush's beans
Jim's Rice  (steamed or shrimp fried)

Drinks:
Jack 'N Coke Morris
Chet Lemonade
Bob Boone's Hill Farm wine

Desserts:
Darryl's Strawberry Cheesecake
Jimmy Key Lime Pie
Mike Heath Bar
Candy "of the day" Maldonado

You can call in your order and pick it up at the "Ryan Express Lane"

Restaurant is open 10AM to 12AM, except on Sunday nights, when we close Blyleven.

Any additions to the menu or other ideas, add to this list!

There also should be a Viola player available for romantic occasions, and the buffet should be named in honor of either Kirby Puckett or Tony Gwynn.

I like this guy DamnTheCowboys. I took a look at his profile. The only thing that bugs me is he's only two years old and has better grammer than me. I'm 30 and couldn't come close to his writing skills.

All of these additions so far are great.   I especially like the Ryne Sandberger.

The  "Big Mac" (McGuire) would be copy right infringement, so scrap that idea.   As is Howard Johnson's oysters.

How about Danny's Heep of cheese fries?  Or Donnie Moore's Deathwish Hot Wings?  (we need more bar food at this place).

We would need TV screens that only show ESPN Classic style games such as the Mets-Astros 1986 ALCS game that went 12 innings (?), and so forth....then of course we could have a giant screen that shows a game of RBI in constant "watch" mode.
Prizes once a week for games such as "stump the master RBI Champ!" where you play an alleged RBI god and try to beat him man to man at a game.  Prizes include gift certificates and maybe a lapdance from one of the waitresses if it's the weekend.   We could have a secret backroom where you slip some extra bucks to a waitress and she takes you for a skinny dip in Terry's "Puhl"

We may need a kids menu.....Roy's Smalley burger.     Or Dan's Gladden Meal  (hot dog and crinkle cut fries with a small soda and an action toy figure of an RBI player.)

Also, incorporate team names in the menu, such as Angelhair pasta,  NL All-Star shrimp platter, Giant chicken club,  New York style pizza,  Boston Cream Pie.

We could sell reissues of those Reggie Jackson candy bars too.
