I found this while doing some reading the other night: In 1981, Davey Lopes was elected to start in the All-Star Game, despite having a batting average of .169 - the lowest average for a position player in all-star history.

I took a picture of a Davey Lopes bat at the Hall of Fame.

The weird thing was that it was an '86 Astros bat located in a display of Dodgers memorabilia.

Good work, added it to his Hall of Shame entry and his RBIdb page

Any chance of posting some of the RBI-related pics?
I've been swimming in raw sewage ... I love it

I took a picture of every RBI related piece in the HOF.   Lots of cool stuff.

As soon as I get off my ass and get the pics put on photobucket, I'll post on Dee Nee.
