Why are some of us New Zealand level while others aren't?  It doesn't seem to have to do with post counts

It was used for SUPER SECRET BUSINESS a few months ago to grant access to the Mod Board.

Yeah, when we were discussing the fighton gift.  Had to use a sparely populated group to let people on the test board or whatever it was.

I obviously wasn't involved in the voting, but thank you guys for making sure to exclude Jim from it. The gift would have been tainted if he had been involved.

As I recall, that was the entirety of the gift. A conversation among friends in which Jim was not invited.
