What RBI player NES or Arcade, leads the history of the major leagues with the most career HRs without ever switching teams?

Off the top of my head, I'd say Dimaggio or Gehrig.  Gonna go with Dimaggio.

JoeDirt

Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio?  Nope.

It has to be Schmidt.  I checked the list online.

I think we should count Mays and Aaron for this, it may "technically" have been different franchises, but they should get some credit for going back to their "home" cities.

Hey jackass, anybody can look these things up online.  The unwritten rule around these parts is that if curiousity requires that you do so, you don't ruin it for everybody else.

Geez.  Yeah, you looked up correctly--it wa Schmidt.  Dolt.

1. This RBI'er was the most recent to win a batting title, then get traded to another team the next season, who was he??

2. Name the 3 RBI'ers that played in the 1970's, and also ended up playing for the expansion Rockies or Marlins teams at some point in their careers.  (Charlie Hough is the 4th player, he's not in RBI).

#2)  Dale Murphy, Andre Dawon,

can't come up with a 3rd Walling? Orosco?

I had forgotten about both Dawson and Murphy... I'm also baffled by the other one (I looked up both of Ultimate's guesses because I thought they might be right, and they weren't).  My guess is that it'd be a pitcher, but I really don't know which one.

I'm not sure about #1... Willie McGee was a bit different case than what's described here.  I can't think of many other RBIers who won batting titles - Gwynn and Puckett never changed teams, Boggs moved as a free agent, and after a subpar season... who else is left?  Julio, maybe?

I think #1 might be Burks

The third is not a pitcher, he barely qualifies on both ends, I should have guessed him, he was the my 2nd guess after those 2, but I decided to look it up.

Tim Raines maybe?

That seems like a good guess... I lost track of him after he left the Expos, and all I recall for sure is that he played with his son on the Orioles sometime after he was diagnosed with lupus.

Raines it is, 6 games in '79 and a very short stint with the Marlins and the end of his career.
