that was cool.  must have taken a long time and a lot of dedication to coordinate all that.

This may be the best RBI related thing ever (outside of Dee-Nee itself), better than the guy that got Tony Pena to send a letter to his friend.

Terrific

My only complaint is that he should have showed the series as 3-3 after the game

That is one of the most awesome things I have ever seen.  I especially liked their use of the RBI guy as the picture when Marty Barrett was named Player of the Game.

I thought the same thing as Ultimate with the series thing, but that's especially a nitpick at this point.

Did anyone know whether the hit numbers were accurate?  That would've been a nice touch, too, although it's also a nitpick.  That guy already put a buttload of work into this video.

Has anyone submitted this to the Sports Guy's links?

I almost lost it when that came on the screen

The last hit was clearly the hardest, I wonder how many "takes"

The box scores were not accurate as I think there was 56 K's combined.  Again, just a nitpick as it clearly is a work of genius.

This is an excellent use of one's time.  Awesome work, just awesome.

Somebody sent me a link to this at work today...is that guy's blog pretty popular or something?  I doubt my co-worker was doing google searches on RBI baseball.

Hendu should have given more effort on Ray Knight's hit.

I was interested in seeing whether they were going to make Buckner BOP or just have him miss the ball.  the BOP seems the right way to go but something about the ball staying in the infield doesn't feel right.

Baseball Simulator 1.000 has errors go through the player, rather than BOPs.  I agree that the BOP was the right way to go, but yeah, it did seem weird.

there are also folks complaining about the lack of Bobby Grich, Dwight Evans, and Willie Randolph.

since i really can't have hard feelings about the 1986 series, i can safely say that was the coolest thing i have seen on the internet in more time than i can remember (approximately august '05, when i signed up here). the miller lite player of the game scene had me choking from laughter.
