COMMISSIONER MANFREDDY RULES IN FAVOR OF GDAVIS

Hollywood, CA - While regretting what he referred to as a "procedural error", Fantasy RBI Commissioner Richard Manfreddy ruled against Butte Cheeks GM Nacho's appeal of GDavis' selection of Jimmy Key in the Fantasy RBI Draft on Tuesday afternoon. With the ruling, GDavis's selection of Key stands, while Nacho must go with his secondary selection of Mike Witt.

"While the Commissioner's Office regrets the error and any confusion it might have caused, the fact is that the list of undrafted players is unofficial," said Manfreddy in a statement released from the palatial Fantasy RBI estate in Hollywood Hills. "Don Sutton had been selected by TBT, and anyone following the draft would have known that. At the end of the day, each team is responsible for tracking the draft themselves, not the Commissioner's Office. Plus, Nacho was being a real Sally about it."

GDavis expressed great relief over the decision, saying in a statement written in 100 pt. font, "EAT IT, NACHO!!!"
