that said, her family and everyone of their guests are all borderline alcoholics so getting completely shitfaced, making an ass of yourself, throwing up in the bathroom and similar behavior is completely endorsed so long as it takes place about an hour to an hour and a half in.

I made reservations this afternoon for a room with two beds for two nights (Friday and Saturday) at the Union Station one (it was the one I had the phone number to.) If anyone is planning on being there Thursday night, let me know and we can extend the hotel stay a night early, or you can get a room on your own for one night.

assuming that i am coming to the wedding, which hopefully i am, i think i would have to leave on friday after work.  it might be possible for me to use a vacation day if necessary, but i'll have to check.  gantry, let me know what you were thinking regarding arrival/departure times and we will try and coordinate something.

1)  Strassy & myself drive down together (perhaps preceded by a night of obnoxious boozing at his place) and pickup nightwulf. 

2)  Strassy, nightwulf, fighton and myself share a room in The Lou.  Bring 60 Old Styles and a NES for guy-on-guy hotel fun!

Is this still a plan? I requested Friday - Monday off. In a pinch I'm fairly sure I could get Thursday off if I had to, but I'd rather not. I'm hoping to just take time off, and not use vacation hours.

If it is, realize that I'm a good chunk out of the way from Chicago. You'd either have to take 57 down and detour to 72 at Champaign, or take 55 down and detour to 51 at Bloomington. I can of course offset gas costs, etc. If this doesn't sound viable, that's not a huge deal either.
