As it stands, I don't have Thursday requested off, so I'd have to work. I generally close on Thursdays. This may not be a problem though, since there's nothing to do in D-town. I figure Strassy can relieve his perma-boner for Bloomington and we can meet up at night.

I can't really remember the plan, but if Strassy/myself came on Thursday it would be after work.  Looks like 3-3.5 hours to your place, so that is definitely doable even if you work still the late evening...

I guess it depends everyone's schedule.  The quickest trip to bonertown would be GoReds meeting Strassy/myself in Chicago and driving out to your on Thursday night.

i would imagine mapquest from your place to the hotel should get you most of the way there. I'll get youcan'tbeatmyboston to get you guys some directions for Friday afternoon/evening. he should also be able to get you to crossings on friday night.

Probabaly not the best idea for me....as it would be a four hour trip to Chi, and then come back south all the way to St L.  Or a five hour trip straight there from my house...Looks like I'll be taking 64 I think to get into town....

my plan is to stay in southern Iowa thursdaynight, so there should be no reason that i wont be in st louis hunting down a cd store or what have you by noon or 1pm.  the room was $115 a night. i'll ball park taxes and such to about $120 cost for each of us.

this wedding means new dress clothes.....booya! 

i remember seeing a pair of black dress pants w/ pinstripes a while back...i was plenty enamoured by them at the time, but did not purchase.  i may look for them this weekend.  the thing with em is i assume you'd need just a plain solid shirt/no pin stripes to go with em.  the last plain solid i got was the solid grey shirt with striped tie, and once i got it on  i wasnt nuts about it.
