Walt Weiss is in RBI?

BeefMaster

I just cheated and looked it up - I knew the team but could only remember two of the other players, neither of whom were in RBI.  I don't know why I thought Randolph played for either that team or the A's, though; he was the only one I could think of who was old enough and played infield, I guess.

What player's parents were named Little League "Parents of the Year" in 1981?

I assume they would have to have been named for someone's sibling.

The youngest RBIer (Santiago) would have been 16 in 1981, wouldn't the little leaguers be in the 12-13 range for age.

Anyhow, I'll guess Will Clark

Based on some quick research, the parents are parents of a current MLB player, not of a little leaguer (Jose Valentin's parents won in 2006), so the RBIer in question was playing in 1981.

This is correct.  The guesses so far are not.
