Rice, Hrbek, Evans (either, really), Jackson, Clark

EDIT: To toss Brunansky in there as well.
yes to  Darrell and Dwight Evans.  Yes to Jack Clark

Reggie Jackson, Kent Hrbek, Jim Rice and Tom Brunansky are all in the top 24, but not the top 10

I am way too lazy to search to see if this has already been done before.  For the 1980's, 8 of the 10 top home run hitters for the decade appear in RBI.  Name them:

313 homers - Mike Schmidt (Big Hath)
308 homers - Dale Murphy (Big Hath)
274 homers - Eddie Murray (non-RBI'er)
256 homers - Dwight Evans (Attez)
250 homers - Andre Dawson (Big Hath)
230 homers - Darrell Evans (Attez)
225 homers - Tony Armas (Big Hath)
225 homers - FAIL (edfan -- this guy isn't in RBI, but you're welcome to guess anyway)
223 homers - Dave Winfield (non-RBI'er though he does appear on the Arcade version)
216 homers - Jack Clark (Attez)

Interesting side note 11 of the next 14 (top 24) also appear in RBI

Mattingly? Brett? Yount?

Only Brett appears in the top 24 out of these 3, but he is not in the top 10

fathedX

I had to look it up.  I consider that one quite difficult.  Good quiz, edf!

And Yount's not even in the game.

Downing, Baylor, Strawberry?

No, no, and no.  Downing and Strawberry are in the top 24, but not the top 10.

I messed up...this guy is not on RBI.  A loser is me.  I won't tell the answer in case someone wants to guess who it is.  This guy basically missed being in RBI by one year, but was on the Phillies at the time of RBI instead of the team that he spent most of the 80's with

Big Hath

this has certainly turned into a huge disappointment

edfan

ok...the other one was Lance Parrish...sorry for screwing that up.  To make it up to you, here is another and I SWEAR that they are ALL in RBI (NES version)

Only 6 RBI'er position players rank in the top 5 in gold gloves at their respective positions.  Name them

fknmclane

Mattingly and Schmidt are in there for sure.

This RBI'er (non-pitcher) has one career major league home run.
