He's 1 for 12 since joining the Braves and his average is down to .177 for the year.  Booby is giving him regular playing time; he needs to start hitting to keep the dream alive!

That just means he gets paid all year, since major league contracts are guaranteed.  His roster spot isn't guaranteed, though - the Braves can still release him if they want to.
