Yeah that does give McLane 3 1B.  I think Cecil should be added back to the FA pool and he should pick again.

I think if we instituted a rule that says, "if you select someone already picked then the draft goes on without you, although you can pick at any time".  I think that would make sure you double check Stock's updated page 1 selections beforehand.  I messed up once.  Beef just did.  I would think it is only going to get worse from this point forward.  Plus with 24 hours to pick, said culprit may not know about it.

I agree.  Going forward, if there is a mix up in a person's draft pick (weather they draft someone that has already been drafted, or they draft and ineligible player due to duplicate positions), the draft will move on.
The team that is skipped may make their next pick any time they see fit before their next pick, or they will just draft 2 players on their next pick.
