I just wiped my ass then smelled the toilet paper.  What's wrong with me?

Certainly if I were a college student, I would think that $50 entry fee tourney was steep.

Gantry

It was too much to make me join.  Makes sense for Beales because he's looking for the best of the best.  But for the person who just wants to get some games in and doens't think they are going to win, it's definitely a bit steep...

TRoogs, if you put something together, I'd probably play

This is bullshit.  I respect the fact that some people don't think they are good enough to warrant a $50 investment, but don't offer up another tournament right before the deadline of a fellow dee-nee'rs not full tournament.

show some respect.   >:(

The dee nee tard mixed in with gantry looks a little bit like TBT

Pedrique

i'm in the western burbs of chicago and i'd definitely be in for an RBI tournament....

p.s. can anyone help me with setting up RBI to play on my computer?

maybe we can talk on AOL or Yahoo IM since it seems kind of complicated to explain in a single message post
has anyone ever batted with pedrique and not been trying to get a laugh?

JoeDirt

As it happens, Beales' $50 tourney is one man short.  Would you guys who think $50 is too steep be interested in playing in a 4 man, single elimination, $12.50 entry fee satellite tourney?  The winner of the satellite tourney would get an automatic entry into the $50 tourney without having to pay any additional fees ($12.50 x 4 = $50).

Remember, the $50 tourney is double elimination and that 2002 champion lost his very first match up (and fought through the losers' bracket and ended up winning the whole damn thing)...

Who's interested?

50 bucks isnt that bad, just change your budget a little. eat less fast food or something or dont drive as much. besides, you get money for being top 4 (thats 1/4 of the people in the tourney) which is nice and winner takes 400.
