Today is the day we've all been waiting for - our yearly RBI Tournament!  Me, Lips, Potsie and Sperling will square off in a quest for the belt.  Hoping to start at noon, play the drinking game until the tourney is over, then go out for Mark's 27th birthday.  Should be very interesting...

Game positions are out.  Many predictions flying back and forth.  My ass is on fire.  The eggs benedict was a bad idea for breakfast.   Gantry and Lips up first.  Pots and I sit out.  Big first round, big first round.

Lips has first pick, takes Detroit and gets slaughtered!  It'll be a uphill battle for the champ now.

Game 1 of the Pots/Sperling series.  Pots gets first pick and goes with Detroit and they continue to struggle.  Detroit goes 0-2.

DEE-NEE for me!!!  I'm guaranteed not to go 0-6.  That dubious honor will only go on my record for one year.

This game is much closer.  It's the Top of the 5th and Detroit (Gantry) is up 10-7.  

You can cut the tension in this room with a knife.

Pots had a TON of stroke.  I'm lucky it went 8 innings.

I scored 11 in the first three innings, but Lips put in Hurst and I couldn't hit him.  It was close to the biggest choke in history, but luckily I pulled it out.

I lost to Gantry.

It was a good game and I'm not sure anyone is going to document it, but it all comes down to Lips beating Potsie.  I honestly don't see it happening, but I'm definitely on the Lips bandwagon.

I'll take Detroit next game, but without my win and a Potsie loss, it's worthless.
