For waking me up at 6:15am to let me know Dee-Nee is down.  Got to the office and everything was down, but it's now 7:05 and we are up and running.

Since we host about a dozen customer emails and provide internet to 10 offices in our building, the sooner I know Dee-Nee is down the better.  NEVER hesitate to text/call me when we are down, no matter what the time.

I applaud his efforts, but it seems a bit premature to me to name him poster of the month. It IS only April 6th after all. I think BDawk is a lock for poster of the week though. IMO, of course.

That's true, especially since the outage was our whole area and would have been fixed anyway.  In fact, I likely would have woken up at my normal time and all would have been fine instead of getting to work at 6:30. 

Now that I think about it, BDawk is banned....
