chocolate sandwich? klondike? UFO? Fudge bar? dilly bar?

It seems like ice cream sandwich makes sense because the chocolate parts could soak up the beer.  Something with a hard chocolate shell like Klondike wouldn't have much effect. 

But he mentioned how it softens up the ice cream, which is never a problem with an ice cream sandwich.
