We haven't had many threads about the (non-Lenny) players in a while so:

Clemens found not guilty

Kurt Gibson didn't attend his son's HS graduation

anyone have others?

The only thing Clemens is guilty of is being awesome.

What a good use of taxpayer money

Brookensrules!

Hooray, the Rocket is a good guy after all.  Just like Braun, Mac, Bonds, Canseco...

Seriously.  They are 0-2 now?  Unless of course you are counting the soft slap on the hand Bonds got for the "obstruction of justice" (or whatever it was) charge they were able get him on.

Just seems like such a bitch move to begin with.  You don't have shit on any of these guys and can't do anything to them for using PEDs to begin with.  However, you still don't like it.  So you bring in all these guys to testify and/or have them sign statements in the hopes you can somehow catch them in a lie 3 years later and get them on something that has nothing to do with PEDs.  Just angers the shit out of me.

When are the feds going to step in to investigate boxing?  Am guessing that will be the next waste of time/money.

If politicians are involved and some sort of BS grandstanding is a possibility, we can expect much more of this.

Good job america, keep rewarding these idiots with your votes

I  missed this.  Gibby rules.

Also, 3,100 comments on the blog post on yahoo.  That company should be taken out back and beaten to death with a dethatching rake.

I just wiped my ass then smelled the toilet paper.  What's wrong with me?

Darryl Strawberry was an answer in the Wheel of Fortune like game Lips, Strassy and myself played last night.

Apparently Roger Clemens signed to play in the Atlantic League.

I bet you couldn't hit him

fightonusc

I could hit Roger Clemens. Multiple times. Square in his stupid face.

there are also folks complaining about the lack of Bobby Grich, Dwight Evans, and Willie Randolph.

Hey, you're the one who is suggesting that we punch former Cy Young winners. I'm just stating that, in fact, I do believe it would be possible for myself - and in fact most other Dee-Nee members - to do so.

I would pay money to watch Darky bat against Clemens

That could be a real possibility, we just need Darky to come back home.

BeefMaster

The local minor league team has done some interleague play with the Can-Am League... if they expanded that to the Atlantic League, I'd suggest that the dream be fulfilled by the Sioux Falls Pheasants signing Darky - lots of people of Scandinavian descent around here, so I'm sure the marketing potential of a perennial Swedish League MVP would be huge.

So apparently the Clemens thing is to come back to the Astros.  A little birdie whose name rhymes with Moe Firt told me...

"moe firt" has excellent Astros related intel
