lol! J.Rice finally goes deep and Canseco had a lot of hits but no HR. Canseco is a guy who should be having multi HR games, but it rarely happens. We'll see if the trade helps or jinks the Shooties! So the Pinkmen with the best record in the league ... for now. GDavis and Friends are right back in the playoff hunt.

Congrats Nomaaa.  Dee-Nee's new Sandwich King.

Gantry

Stats attached, they were emailed to me because of being blocked at work.

GDavis

Can someone double check those numbers for DeCinces?  That looks a little outlandish.

Nacho

Some really big surprises there.

nomaaa

There's been talk of a season with Arcade rosters after this one (which would mean many more Cubs to choose from)... we will make sure to PM you during the planning stages.

We'll have to give Ultimate the heads up as well since he is very interested and is a Fantasy RBI vet.

there are also folks complaining about the lack of Bobby Grich, Dwight Evans, and Willie Randolph.

Nacho

Despite a big game from Dawson, the Sleazy Listeners played just well enough to avoid getting mercy ruled. In a game like that, it's almost better to lose by ten after 3 innings so you can avoid overusing your bullpen and make sure nobody gets hurt at this point in the season. Lots of big games coming up.

Darky

We saved Sutton for just the right time! Garner thrived in the 7-hole and Burlsn is proving to be an underrated weapon! Sutton shoved the ball up the Easy Listeners asses and he had bulletin board motivation when Tempo said he wasn't afraid of him and mentioned his grey afro - STEAL AWAY!

Our scouting was spot on for the changes we made for this game and thank you Tempo for playing Guerrero instead of Sheridan! Sheridan was killing us in the simulated scouting games we ran and he tipped the odds in the EZ Listeners favor. Guerrero didn't scare us because we knew he would struggle against Sutton and Morris, for what ever reason.

Our pitchers going 3-6 with 2 rbi's was huge, so the Force was with us today. That kind of shit usually is the difference in these games.

Leo is in a bad slump. He'll turn it around. Garner and Burlsn, our two grinders stepping up today!

The Empire is back to stay, make no mistake about it.

You ever seen a cat keep a mouse just alive enough so the cat can claw it when the mouse tries to escape?

Tempo, what are your thoughts on Sheridan and Guerrero?  :D

It wasn't Sutton's pitching that got us, it was our own pitching.

Whoa, Sutton only gave up 9 hits, 0 HRs and 3 runs through 4 innings, the amount of innings he is supposed to pitch by default. In Fantasy RBI, that's an outstanding performance and will put any team in position to win. You have lots to learn about Fantasy ball, son! We had a 11-3 lead after four, and if it wasn't for Sutton's gem, we don't maybe win. Then after 5, he only gave up 5 runs. You give up 1 run per inning in this league, you're gonna win a Fantasy Cy Young award!

Hey man, you go with Puhl! Guerrero is normally productive, but he didn't match up with our style of pitchers. Sheridan would have torched us.

I'm in --- will gladly co-manage a team to allow more guys in the league.  Time to dust off the ol' PBR unis. . . .
