Tempo has him listed as a 3B on the first page. Ryno with some shocking picks ... I like the surprises. Same with Stu.

I would have guessed 1B too but in 1987, the year the Giants are represented in RBI, Spilman played the most games at 3B (10)  followed by 1B (9) and C (1)

He's listed as 1B on the master list. Wonder if there are other discrepancies.

I used the position they played the most games at that season. Shaking things up a bit!

If you are using 1987 as a reference, Bill Madlock played 22 games at first base and 1 at third.  Yet Tempo has him listed as third base.
