I know this has been described ad nauseam, but DOES the tettleton drain your power potential? I feel as though it does..but I have hit some jacks Tettelton, and use it in clutch situations now and then. What say you?

I personally think there's no dip in power, but I am only guessing.  Don't think we looked at the code.  I use it when I play curve and some people who are way better than me and have won national tourneys do the same.  So if there is a dip, it ain't much and gives you a little more time to react to a pitch.

I feel like it doesn't hurt but honestly don't know (as long as you only do one frame).

For a while, my friend growing up (not Stu) INSISTED on doing the Tettleton for every pitch.  It slowed our games up tremendously.  This was probably 1989 or 1990.  Ever since then, I have not been a fan.

You get two tries to set it up, after that, knock it the fuck off imo.

I just wiped my ass then smelled the toilet paper.  What's wrong with me?

the dude either has some high float or a mess between the cheeks.

If you mess it up that's on you, I certainly don't expect the opposition to wait for you to setup.

This is the right take.
