I prefer to keep the hotel where it is just so we don't have to go through another change--I believe that lessens the legitimacy of the tourney and JoeDirt won't stand for that!

Plus, we still have quite an advantage by Attezz knowing/working the Columbus assistant GM.

We are considering an 8 man  backup list that will be added to the tourney to make it a 24 man tourney if we get all 8 spots filled (will remain as the reserve list until all 8 are filled)...

The back up spots are a crapshoot--so somebody take the last spot and gaurantee your participation!

For the record, Bandur and I (and possibly Foster) will be booking at the nearest Extended Stay America... rooms are normally around $50/night, extremely cheap when split three ways.

Sorry for the lack of response, I'm quite the pussy when it comes to delivering bad news...However, I just got off the phone with a guy there, Dustin, who has been there forever, and switched your rate to the discounted rate, $39 a night, so I'll send out your discount card Saturday and you'll have it soon...Also, he has at least the three rooms we have booked, Mclane/USC, Flood/Family, myself/Malnu, all in a block, so that's all set, and just let me know if anyone else makes reservations there, I'm pretty sure this Dustin kid has absolutely no qualms about changing the rate to the discounted $39 rate, and he's familar with RBI, so it sounds pretty good. Otherwise I guess use the Extended Stay if there's money issues...

Again, sorry it took so long to reply, I really am a pussy and I hate confrontation, unless you're a douchebag that's smaller than I, and I'm pretty sure neither of those apply.
