Game Summary:

Gary Carter had a career day, hitting four home runs and driving in nine to lead BeefMaster to a come-from-behind 21-16 road victory over The OC in a game played Wednesday afternoon at Tengen Stadium. The 21 runs came after BeefMaster (2-4) had only averaged 9.6 runs through their first five Fantasy RBI League games.

"Well, I don't want to brag, but not only am I the best catcher in the league, but I'm a great clutch hitter," said Carter. "Someone needed to pick this team up, and it was up to me to do it. Since, you know, I'm such a team player."

Carter had a home run and a single as part of BeefMaster's 10 run fifth inning, which erased an 8-3 deficit. The OC (2-4) regained the lead at 14-13 after the sixth inning, but BeefMaster put the game away with a six-run eighth inning, capped by Carter's fourth homer of the game.

Don Mattingly drove in four runs for The OC, which lost its third consecutive game.
