A hub like Chitown would help with airfare and if lodging is essentially free, things look better.  Anyone care to post their actual costs from the Columbus affair?

I would guess end of July to mid August, on account that summer time is a good time to plan road trips to where ever and RBI tourny calls. Any other opinions>

One of the reasons I didn't go to Reno a couple weeks ago tp see college friends was because it was so far away.  Not only is the west coast a 6 hour flight, but it's also a three hour difference in time zones.  I'm amazed that fighton and mclane were able to make it this time.  I would be surprised if anyone is able to do it on a yearly/bi annual basis.

if this gig is in chicago, should we pool up 100 hundred some bucks (5-7 per person) just to have a hotel room nearby for shower/lemon party reasons.  i cant imagine the smell of 20 some stinky mofo's in gantry's house     it would smell like room 230 mulitplied by 3. 

it would also would leave a proper space for the prostitutes to go to.

I'm guessing LA is bad since many of us would rely on public transportation to get around, and LA doesn't exactly do the best job of providing that.  Plus, it is way too spread out, with no good central location.

This is all speculation; I've actually never been there.

Might I suggest the Best Western River North, it is a very reasonable downtown Chicago hotel, most of the time you can get $79 rooms (say you are an AARP member, they don't check) and it's the only downtown hotel with free parking... ...it's right in the mix of everything... ...or we can have the thing in Milwaukee and I can pull my balls out of my purse and start being a man about my RBI responsibilities.
