I'm tempted to let this question go unanswered, since you put it in the wrong forum topic, most likely didn't read the FAQ (I believe it makes it pretty obvious), and had the gall to say "be prompt with your response", but I'll take pity on a newbie, since I'm a nice guy.  The ratings are legit, pulled from the game itself by actually looking at the data in a ROM dump of the game.

By the way, your apparent obsession with scrota scares the hell out of me.

"morans" is an old joke here.  it was derived from a popular photograph found on the internet where a gentleman person of the male gender, and somewhat suspect educational upbringing held a sign on which was inscribed, "get a brain, morans".  the "morans" was obviously misspelled.  the irony and hilarity have ensued until lo this very day.
