I think it's pretty clear whose fault this was.  One man became so obsessed with RBI'ers dying that he willed it to happen.

I don't think this thread is that bad. Its just kind of crazy an RBI'er actually died so close to when we started this. Gonna get a little Darksidey here, but it just seems that we should be a little more in touch our own mortality. I'll make one promise to all of you, your gonna die. We could take guesses at which DeeNee'er would be the first to perish, and if a bunch of you guys picked me I wouldn't care nor worry. I'm fairly confident that our thread had nothing to do with Kirby's death, and if there is any website out there that will truly acknowledge and celebrate Kirby's exsistence its Dee-Nee. Not some bullshit ESPN/SI site that is just running a story because they have to when ever a pominent athelete dies.

I also want to note that Kirby was on the cover of a shit ton of SI for Kids, perhaps more than Jordan.

Just my take, but its probaly a bit skewed.
