I think with the large number of new teams, we should scrap the keepers and go from scratch again. We'll do the standard "snake" style draft, with orders chosen randomly.

How much time do people need to get their draft lists together? I'm ready to start whenever people are ready to begin drafting.

I'm ready whenever.  I'm going to PM Attez one more time and see if he responds. If he doesn't, I'm making an executive decision to boot him from the draft team.  He needs to show more effort in caring about this important venture.

And just so I am clear.  What are the roster requirements?  How many rounds?  Free agency?  What do I need to know, other than Matt Nokes in the 2nd is a good pick?

Draft requirements:

Your starting line-up must have 1 catcher, 4 IFs and 3 OFs. I'll post the positions before the draft - there are a couple of people (Pedro for one) that we had to debate on if they were an IF or and OF. Your pitching staff must be 2 SP and 2 RP - no more or less of each. Since we have 10 teams, there is no free agent pool - we'll have 16 rounds of picks, and then you guys can trade if you want to exchange players.

pedro guerrero played in 109 games in the outfield (Lf) in 1987 for the dodgers.  he played in 40 at first base.  he should be an outfielder.
