Here is a shortlist of MVP and Cy Young candidates heading into this week's final games. Voting will start at the conclusion of the games.

MVP:

Andre Dawson (Pd): .680 BA, 15 HR, 39 RBI, 28 R, 1.820 SLG, 2.500 OPS
Keith Hernandez (Co): .721 BA, 12 HR, 34 RBI, 31 R, 1.541 SLG, 2.262 OPS

In RBI Relievers should almost be excluded from the Cy Young, you are looking at including players that have pitched 10% of the innings of the starters.  And one final bad game (see John Franco last week) can easily double or even triple their ERA/WHIP

I would like for Jack Morris to be taken off that list for Cy Young.

We play as a team, and we win as a team (or narrowly miss the playoffs...as a team!)

I can't control who people vote for. The list is merely a shortlist of potential awards candidates. Voters can select a person from that list or anyone else.

Possible to get team records to be included with the stats?  Also, it'd be nice to know what teams did/didn't make the playoffs...
