I see no reason why the trade should not be allowed.  It's definitely fair, there are no shenanigans involved, and it doesn't affect the league negatively.  You should let it go through, Darky.

The initial ruling has been overturned. The Sally Cunts shall receive picks 9 & 12, and Ultimate7 shall receive picks 6 & 15. After the second round, both teams will revert to their initial slots in the draft selection that the initial random drawing produced.

No further trading of selection picks will be allowed.

Actually, your last season as the commissioner for season IV of the FRBI league took a full calendar year---and with only 12 games plus the playoffs. That was torture man. You did a great job though with everything else.
