Yeah - hard to win when the opposing pitcher's spot goes 4-5 (without even using a PH).

I thought we had a chance after getting two quick outs in the 7th, down by just 2 or 3, and then they went back-to-back-to-back, and we followed it up by hitting into a classic 3-7-5 line-out double play to end the top of the 8th.

I've definitely seen the throw off the wall (although I've also seen that clip into a part of the wall where the fielder can no longer get to it), but I agree, the throw to second was very weird.

That was the one.  I got excited that the first baseman made that throw and then thought "No! Don't run to third!"
