Paul Molitor has returned to the Twins as a roving minor league instructor, following a one-year stint as the Seattle Mariners' hitting coach.

The story is from the Diamondbacks' website because I read this in the paper and that was the first result from Google.  I have no idea why an actual Diamondbacks fan would care.

Molitor has been added to the WATN, also note the side article:

Roger Clemens close to resigning with the Astros, Dee-Nee!

Who would have guessed that 17 years after the release of RBI baseball, that Clemens would not only still be playing, but asking for $22 million.  I hope he keeps playing, but I also hope the Astros aren't fool enough to spend that kind of money on him.

There were rumors that he was into field hockey players...whoops, I mean that he was gonna follow Melvin and be the DBacks hitting coach.

I just wiped my ass then smelled the toilet paper.  What's wrong with me?

The article hints that he should be the highest paid ever for the next season - Pedro is at 17.5 million.  Is it me or is that a lot of fucking money?

What song is that intro from again?  I remember it from Surfer Rosa but I'm fuzzy on the details.

fknmclane

Shit, now I'm fuzzy.  Definitely from Surfer Rosa although the song escapes me at the moment.  usc will know for sure.

Molly did a little blow back in the day.

Stock

Yes he did.  I have some early 80's trading cards of him.  He looks like he has no pupils!

I said it once and I'll say it again - stock is smart

It's the beginning of  "I'm Amazed.".  "It was so hush-hush..."

Sometimes it rules working at home.  I'm listening to it right now.

there are also folks complaining about the lack of Bobby Grich, Dwight Evans, and Willie Randolph.
