I know it looks crazy weird, but it's actually crazy good. It's considered a meal, and is usually served at some type of party as the main meal. I love my smörgåstårta top heavy with the salmon. And I'll refuse to eat any smörgåstårta if it has liver paté in it...and it's happened before.
