Apparently php 5.x is going out of support at the end of the year.  Which means I need to upgrade before 1/1 so we don't get hacked.  And since I'm up at 3am I'm going to shut down then, backup my system then try the upgrade.  All goes well I'm up before you wake up.  But forum will be down 3-5am or so, depending on how much dicking around I'll have to do...

BREAKING UPDATE - both the forum software and the version of Mediwiki I run for the Wikis don't support 7.2 so I'll be upgrading to PHP 7.1

15 minutes to figure out Robocopy switches to properly backup the file
20 minutes to copy the backup file
Less than five minutes to actually upgrade php without issues.

Upgrading to Windows 10 1809 today, last time I did this the Dee-Nee VM wouldn't boot. So this could take awhile. 

7pm tonight, for an undetermined amount of time.  I gotta get it going tonight before it forces the upgrade on me when I'm out of town.  Find something else to do.
